Self Aware is an AI platform for psychological support. The entity responsible for processing your data is Self Aware, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

2. What data we collect

• Email address (for account creation and authentication)
• Content of conversations with Ava (stored encrypted)
• Journal entries, if you use Guided Journaling
• Responses to the intake questionnaire and monthly mood check-ins
• Basic session data (duration, type, date)

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the service — personalizing conversations, tracking your progress, and improving your experience. We never share individual conversations with third parties.

4. Data retention and deletion

Data is stored on secure servers (Supabase/AWS). You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time by contacting info@tryselfaware.app. Data is deleted within 30 days of the request.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies necessary for the application to function (authentication). We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

6. Your rights
