Our approach to data protection

The conversations you have with Ava are personal and sensitive. We are aware of that responsibility and protect your data with appropriate care.

Encryption

All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Data in the database is encrypted at rest. No one on our team has access to individual conversations.

Infrastructure

• Authentication and database: Supabase (AWS eu-central-1)
• AI processing: OpenAI API — messages are processed in real time and are not permanently stored by OpenAI
• Payments: Stripe — card data is never stored on our servers

GDPR compliance

We operate the platform in accordance with GDPR regulations. You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Data portability in a standard format
• Object to automated processing
